Hotel Alpha - Grachen

I recently had a fantastic stay in a beautiful mountain village. The hotel I stayed at was perfectly situated in the center, just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always available to assist with any request. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that allowed me to take in the fresh mountain air. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great selection of food to start the day off right.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We especially appreciated the excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh bread and delicious coffee. The location was also a big plus, as it was easy to get around and explore the city on foot. the clean and comfortable rooms provided a great place to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The lack of a secure place to keep our bags after check-out, which made us a bit uneasy. , the small size of the rooms made it a little tight for our group of four.

The reception lady spoke English and was very helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the attention to detail in this hotel was impressive. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, I loved the fact that some of the rooms had balconies, allowing guests to take in the breathtaking mountain views.

Honestly, there was nothing I could fault about my stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. We could hear everything from the lobby, and our room was facing a busy street which meant we heard traffic all night long.
