The staff were incredibly accommodating, always available to assist with any request. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that allowed me to take in the fresh mountain air. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We especially appreciated the excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh bread and delicious coffee. The location was also a big plus, as it was easy to get around and explore the city on foot. the clean and comfortable rooms provided a great place to rest after a long day of sightseeing.
The lack of a secure place to keep our bags after check-out, which made us a bit uneasy. , the small size of the rooms made it a little tight for our group of four.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a picturesque mountain village in Switzerland and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. the hotel's location was absolutely stunning; nestled in the heart of the village, it provided easy access to shops and restaurants, and it was just a stone's throw away from the post bus stop. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The reception lady spoke English and was very helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the attention to detail in this hotel was impressive. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, I loved the fact that some of the rooms had balconies, allowing guests to take in the breathtaking mountain views.
Honestly, there was nothing I could fault about my stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect.

This hotel in the mountains is a great value for money. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate special requests, as mentioned in one of the reviews. I also appreciate that they allowed early check-ins on both occasions I stayed here. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the center of the lovely village, where you can find shops, restaurants, and even a post bus stop. The hotel's proximity to hiking trails makes it a perfect base for exploring nature, as mentioned by another reviewer. And to top it all off, the breakfast here is simply delicious, especially the fresh grainy bread.
No negatives mentioned; everything was perfect.

Great location in a lively area with many dining and shopping options around. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations on what to do and see in the city. the room was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable bedding and a fully stocked mini-bar.
The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. We could hear everything from the lobby, and our room was facing a busy street which meant we heard traffic all night long.
